Yeah, they came back after a minute, but it was just kind of annoying, because unless you completely micromanage it, what happens is that the island that isn't even producing the final product winds up with your entire stockpile and the island that is producing winds up having this population ebb and flow, since homes respond very quickly to not having a resource fulfilled. ![]() Well, that may be true, but transfer from the factory to the island inventory isn't instantaneous, and I had it happen last night that the timing just worked out poorly and I had a bunch of workers and artisans disappear all at once. Figuring this out is 90% of the game and fun for me. ![]() What I personally do is send all raw materials to 1 processing island with power/trade unions etc. But if you empty the island of soap, your factory will make new ones within seconds so your island will still be provided.
